During their upbringing, most women receive mixed and contradictory messages about sex.

Though they are taught that sexual desire is a "drive", they are also taught that sex is something potentially dangerous, or immoral, and damaging to their character and reputation, and that they should only agree to it and make it available to only the right person, and only under the right circumstances.

Women learn that sex is something they “give”, or do for someone, not something they “get”, or do for themselves.

How often is the program updated?

The program is dynamic and updated on a continuous basis.

Tools, tips and suggestions will be offered depending on their relevance to you.

As I expand my network and my resources, I will be offering new services and bonus calls and I will be adding new value as needed.

There is a general structure to the program but each session is customized to your specific needs.

How long does it take to go through?

This is a 6-month program.

- We meet 1:1 once a week for six months (24 sessions).

- Each session lasts 60 minutes.

- In each session, I teach a concept for 10–15 minutes that will help you improve your relationship and sex life, and then you receive coaching.

- We start and end on time.

- You will have some homework each week. It will take you approximately 10 minutes to complete, and it is a big part of how you transform and learn new ways of thinking and doing. It's a game changer!

- You and I are up on the screen together 😍

- Sometimes talking about your homework experience is how you get coached and all you need to do to see change and transformation.
